Enrolling in the Academy is a straightforward, guided process. Our admissions team walks with you every step of the way — from initial conversation to your first day of class.
Five Steps to Getting Started
From first conversation to first coursework — most families complete enrollment within one to two weeks.
Schedule an Admissions Conversation
Connect with our admissions team for a one-on-one call. We'll learn about your student's goals, answer your questions, and help determine if the Academy is the right fit.
What to expect: A 20–30 minute conversation covering your student's background, academic goals, and any scheduling or learning needs. No pressure — just information.
Submit Your Application
Once you have determined that the Academy is a good fit for your student, you will pay a registration fee and get access to the online enrollment application. Complete the application with basic student information, educational history, and a student essay. You'll also upload or request transcripts from your student's previous school.
Timeline: The application takes approximately 60–90 minutes. Transcript requests from prior schools may take a few business days.
Enrollment Agreement & Tuition
Once accepted, review and sign the enrollment agreement, select your payment option, and complete tuition arrangements. This step officially enrolls your student and allows our academic team to begin detailed course planning on their behalf.

Transcript Evaluation & Course Planning
Now that your student is officially enrolled, our academic team conducts a thorough review of their transcripts to evaluate transfer credits and determine remaining graduation requirements. Together, you'll build a personalized course plan.
What we assess: Credit transfers, graduation progress, course sequencing, and whether the standard or Honors track is the best fit.
Onboarding & First Day
Your student receives platform access, meets their Academic Advisor, and gets a guided orientation to the learning environment. Coursework can begin immediately.
You'll receive: Login credentials, student handbook, advisor introduction, course schedule, and access to Sage AI Tutor from day one.

Academic Records
We need your student's academic history to evaluate credits and build the right course plan.
- Official transcripts from current or most recent school
- Report cards (if transcripts are not yet available)
- Any standardized test scores (optional)
Student Information
Basic details to set up your student's enrollment record and academic profile.
- Student's legal name and date of birth
- Current grade level
- Parent or guardian contact information
- Home address
Proof of Identity
Standard documentation required for school enrollment.
- Copy of student's birth certificate or passport
- Proof of parent or guardian identity
- Immunization records (if required by your state)
Technology Requirements
Minimal tech needed — if your student can browse the web, they're ready.
- Computer, laptop, or tablet with internet access
- Modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge)
- Webcam and microphone for live sessions

When Can You Start?
The Academy operates on rolling admissions — there's no single application deadline. You can enroll and begin coursework at any point during the year.

Aug – SepMid-Year Transfer
Switch to the Academy at the semester break. Our team evaluates credits earned so far and places your student seamlessly into the right courses.
Jan – FebAny Time of Year
Life doesn't follow school calendars. Whether it's March or November, rolling admissions means you can start whenever you're ready.
Year-RoundSwitching Schools Made Simple
Whether your student is coming from a public school, private school, homeschool program, or another online school — we make the transition seamless. No credits lost, no time wasted.

From Traditional School
Transitioning from a public or private school. We request transcripts directly, evaluate all credits, and place your student in the right courses immediately.
International Students
Coming from a school outside the U.S. Our team evaluates international transcripts and maps foreign coursework to U.S. graduation requirements.
From Homeschool
Transitioning from a homeschool program. We review portfolios, course descriptions, and any accredited coursework to determine appropriate credit and placement.
