Pricing Questions We Hear Most
Is there a minimum number of seats required?
We work with schools of all sizes. Pilot programs can start with as few as 25–50 students in a single course. There is no minimum seat requirement for getting started.
How do the school-grading discounts work?
When your school's teachers handle grading responsibilities instead of SVHS staff, the per-seat cost is reduced. The exact discount depends on your implementation model and volume. Dr. John Ott Jr. can walk through specific numbers during a consultation.
Are there annual contracts or long-term commitments?
Partnership terms are flexible and discussed during the consultation process. Many schools begin with a semester-long pilot to prove results before committing to a larger rollout.
Can we use existing budget allocations to fund AlwaysOnline?
Yes. Many partner schools fund their AlwaysOnline partnership through textbook budgets, Title I or Title IV funds, ESSER allocations, independent study program budgets, or curriculum expansion line items. We can help identify the best fit for your district.
What happens if we need to add or remove seats mid-year?
The platform scales with your needs. Adding seats is straightforward and can be done at any point during the school year. Specific terms for mid-year adjustments are covered in your partnership agreement.
Do we pay separately for the technology platform?
No. The per-seat price covers everything — the LMS, AWS hosting, AI tutoring, dashboards, analytics, mobile apps, and white-label branding. There are no separate platform fees, setup fees, or licensing costs.
