One person is enough

No IT department involvement required. We handle all server configuration, platform deployment, and technical setup. Your school's existing technology infrastructure is not affected.

Pilot Programs

Start Small, Scale Confidently

Not ready to commit school-wide? Most partner schools begin with a pilot — a small group of students using the platform for one semester. You get real results and real data before making a broader decision.

Pilots are ideal for building internal support. Administrators see the dashboards, teachers see the workflow, and board members see the outcomes — all before scaling.

  • Generate concrete data for board presentations and budget discussions
  • Give teachers hands-on experience with the platform before full rollout
  • Identify your school's optimal implementation model in a low-risk setting
  • Build a group of internal champions who can advocate from experience

Questions We Hear Most

Honest answers to the concerns administrators raise before getting started.

Q "Two days sounds too fast. Is the platform actually ready?"

Yes. Your school's platform runs on the same infrastructure that has served 100,000+ students since 2013. We're not building from scratch — we're configuring a proven system with your branding, courses, and accounts. Two days is the configuration time, not the development time. The platform behind it represents over 200,000 hours of software development.

Q "Do we need board approval before starting a pilot?"

Most pilot programs fall within existing administrative authority. A pilot with 10–25 students over one semester typically doesn't require board approval. Many administrators use pilot results — including dashboard data and student outcomes — to build their case for broader implementation when board-level decisions are needed.

Q "What if we need to scale up mid-year?"

The platform runs on AWS with automatic scaling. Adding students or courses mid-year requires no infrastructure changes and no additional setup time. You tell us the numbers, we activate the accounts. There are no capacity limits.

Q "Will our teachers feel replaced?"

AlwaysOnline extends your school — it doesn't replace anyone. Teachers gain a tool that handles routine tasks while they focus on relationships and specialized instruction. In the School as School of Record model, your teachers actively use the platform. The teacher dashboard gives them clear visibility into student progress and areas where their intervention makes the biggest difference.

Q "What's the minimum commitment?"

Partnerships operate on a per-semester basis. There are no long-term lock-in contracts. Schools continue because the platform delivers value, not because they're bound by an agreement. Most pilot schools expand after one semester — but the decision is always yours.
